Answers

For the first couple episodes, each file were actually two ten minute episodes. So when you downloaded the first episode, it was actually episode 1, and 2. But afterwards they started have actual full 20 minute episodes. So episode 11, is actually 15 if you count the 2 episode files. So episode 11(or 15) is the last episode.

some groups count by parts (some episode has 2 parts), so there would be 15 parts shown in 11 air dates, meaning 11 episodes total...
