Will he be stopped THIS time?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Michael Jackson : One Thread

The assumptions about this sick pervert have been ongoing for years... 10 years, to be exact. And where there's smoke, there's usually fire. Needless to say, Jackson hasen't done or said anything to make us think otherwise about the alligations being made about him. I don't care how much money someone has; you don't just up and fork out between 20 and 25 million dollars to make the charges go away like Jackson did 10 years ago - ESPECIALLY if you're really innocent. If you're innocent, you take a FRACTION of that money and hire a lawyer to PROVE that you're innocent. I, like millions of others, watched the British documentary that aired last year, and was almost sick to my stomach when Jackson admitted that he let kids share his bed. And to insist that there is nothing WRONG with the practice. This dude has to be stopped. No one is "picking on him", or "has it out" for him - he's brought it all upon himself. For all of you who think that they should "leave the man alone" - Why? So he can continue his sick hobby? Because he is Michael Jackson he should be allowed to do this and get away with it? Bullshit. They're just doing what should be done to any pervert who sexually molests kids. Lock the bastard up and throw away the key.

"You have no right to judge him because you are not in his position and will never be in his position, so please dont share your opinion when your clearly not able to listen to ours"

Are you in his position? Are you a 45 year old freak living in a fantasy world who regularly sleeps with prepubescent boys? Did you pay to silence a prepubescent boy who says you molested him and can accurately describe the strange spots on your penis? If not then why is your misguided, ignorant, peurile opinion more valuable that any other outside observer's? What imaginable "innocent" explanation is there for a 45 year old male stranger inviting a 10 year old boy into his bed and displaying his 45 year old spotted penis for examination? When the authorities vigorously investigate allegations about child molestation concerning a 45 year old man with obvious mental problems who actively pursues the company of prepubescent boys and regularly arranges overnight visits where the boys are encouraged to share his bed - this is not persecution; this is police work. The only problem is that Mikey the Molester isn't in prison already.

Arianna... Barbara, Rosie and Madonna were never accused of child molestation... BIG difference, my dear.

His lawyers are working for him THIS time... my point, which you continually miss completely, is that they should have done this ten years ago when the first alligations came out. Perhaps if they did, instead of just paying out 20 or 25 million, we wouldn't even be having this conversation now.

And again... stop comparing MJ to Jesus Christ... he may be good, but he's not that good. MJ and JC are in 2 different leagues altogether.

Dear Bobby... You said.....If MJ was/is so hurt by all the negativity being directed towards him yet again, and if he was/is as innocent as he so profusely claims he was/is, then he should have/has to prove it, period "

GOSH... even JESUS REFUSED to address the HUMAN EGOS of HUMANITY...

His attorneys are working for him... period.

Well I see Barbara Strisand.... Rosie... Madonna... and many more.. getting away with lots of things that YOU AND I would never be allowed to do.... comes with the territory.

Always remember, when you POINT A FINGER at others... there are 4 more point back at YOU darling.

Kisses ..Smile...

Arianna... If MJ was/is so hurt by all the negativity being directed towards him yet again, and if he was/is as innocent as he so profusely claims he was/is, then he should have/has to prove it, period - Especially when the allegations are of such a serious nature. This isn't a traffic ticket that you just pay so that it goes away. This is his LIFE - his career - everything that he ever worked for that is on the line here. I don't care how "creative" or how much money he has. Ten years ago or now, this was not nor is not a case where "you just write a check" so that he can avoid the time, money, etc. that would be consumed by proving his innocence. He wants us to believe him and in him. I for one DID believe him when the news came out ten years ago... up until he paid it off. What else was I supposed to believe? I'm sorry, but that just led me and a lot of others to believe that he was guilty, and that he took the easy way out of prosecution because he had the means to do so at his disposal.

Last February he admitted on national TV that he shares his bed with kids and sees nothing wrong with it. Again, I'm so sorry, but a 45 year old man has no business sharing his bed with any 12 or 14 year old boy, whether there’s sexual activity involved or NOT. In today's social climate, this is just not done, no matter WHO you are. To do so only incriminates you, whether you like it or not. No judgment needed.

Michael has finally gone over the line to the point where he's set himself up for a rude awakening - to what is or isn't tolerable here in the real world. Life as we, the ordinary people, know it isn't just a fantasy full of fun and games. Neither is Michael's... whether he chooses to believe that or not.

As for my judgment of him? I'll say it again... where there's smoke there's fire. Once bitten, twice shy. Prove me wrong, without a doubt, once and for all, and I'll be the first one to offer my sincere apologies. I would be more than willing to admit I was wrong and be so happy in doing so because that would mean that some unsuspecting, defenseless child was not harmed. I can only pray that this will happen, because above all else, Michael included; it is the child that is the most important factor here. Please don't let Michael's tremendous talent and celebrity make you lose sight of this fact. He is not the victim. The children are, until he proves to me otherwise.

Dear Bobby,

You said about MJ "If you're really innocent. If you're innocent, you take a FRACTION of that money and hire a lawyer to PROVE that you're innocenta"

No... I do not agree.... Most people who have attained that level of success would rather WRITE A CHECK than "TIE UP" their CREATIVE & EMOTIONAL Energy into something that will takes months or years to resolve.

You are seeing this from a place of LACK OF CREATIVITY.... and LACK OF MONEY.

Be carefull NOT TO JUDGE... for what KARMA IS... it will create a new life experience finding yourself in the same position one day... so you can LEARN to have COMPASSION for THIS PART "OF SELF".

MJ is a part of you and me... and all of us... we are each ALL PEOPLE we see... we are infact one "BEING" having multi-life expressions.

When you KNOW THE I... that is making these JUDGEMENTS.. you will KNOW what I know.

Much Love To You... Arianna http://www.makeawebpage.com

I have just as much right to my opinion as you do to yours... You think he's innocent, I think he's guilty. If this were the first time alligations of this nature were being made about him, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. But not after seeing the way he paid off the first accuser 10 years ago... were you even born then? Not after hearing him openly admit that he "shares his bed" with that kid on the British documenary that aired last winter. As I said before... where there's smoke, there's fire.

Finally, I'll share my opinion on here any time I want... who are YOU to tell me otherwise? Personally, I think you're just as sick as Jackson.
