Manga-share has done some. Thier web page has nothing on it, but you can find manga on their IRC channel. It's #manga-share on irc.mircx.com. I'm starting my own Shaman King project, though. Our first release will be in a couple of weeks. We don't have a page or IRC channel, but we have a full staff. We're starting on volume 10, since everything interesting starts at that point.
