'Full Moon wo Sagashite' is an excellent romance story with nice elements of comedy and drama mixed in. You can get all 52 eps here: http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/15.html

If you're looking for a more ecchi (perverted) type of anime romance/comedy, much more like Love Hina, then I suggest Green^Green (http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/83.html) or Maburaho (http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/278.html)

u would like marmalade boy (even dow its kind of old, the story i would give it 10/10 and its funny and its sooo romantic.
