I had some difficulty with finding more information concerning OLA's as well. At least the following links gives an outline of an OLA and compares it with an SLA. Hope this will help you.

I'm thinking that OLA is a part in a SLA, for example: SLA = 98,61% (A = 99,2, B = 99,7, C= 99,8 and D = 99,9). In this case we have 4 OLAs that generate a Service Level.

What do you think about it ?
