Can anyone tell me more about the poem "The Haunted Palace?" I know that about the personification of the palace. But is there anything else that could help me. I'd like more info on this piece for my interpretive reading project in my english class. Thank you for any help you may be able to give.

The Haunted Palace is a metaphor for madness, and the paranoia and insanity that Roderik Usher feels on a daily basis.
