I recently read a book "A man sent from God", By Gorden Lindsey. It documents a lot of miracles that has taken place within the past 20 years. You may find it on amazon.com. I could probably loan you my copy if you can guarantee tha I can get it back

A miracle I see and still remain to see resides in my house.

It is called Good Friday Bread and was made by the hands of my mother. Because of her stong faith in the Lord and this precious day, the bread or buns remain incorrupted. It may harden and become dry but that's about it. I have seen buns made from my grandmother that were about 60 years old and had looked fine. The only time my mother's bread broke down from it's oringinal form was when she was young and said to her sister---"What if this doesn't work?" and of cours it didn't. As for my grandmother, her protestant neighbor wouldn't believe this and asked to make breadwith her on the next Good Friday. After it had been made, the neighbor took a bun of hers and one of my grandmother, placed them in seperate bags in a drawer. After some time when the neighbor had checked upon them, hers was riddled with mould but my grandmother's looked as if it had just come out of the oven.

God Bless.

Miracles in the Catholic Church have to go through a Church approval process to be officially recognized. This approval process is very skeptical. Here is a list of miracles with some marked as approved:
