j-comx was the only one that translated the manga before it was licensed. You have to get it in an irc manga channel or other p2p except kazaa.

for mp3 go to http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~gendou/amusic/index.html and type in chrono crusade and search, it has some songs i think.
