Web Site unavailability

Hi;

I just tried to activate my new ZipCard, and to reserve a ZipCar. Found the website to be unavailable for more than one hour! As a new card holder, and a network engineer, I find this troubling. Has web site availability been an issue in the past? I will add that I'm pleased that someone from customer service called me back to let me know the site was available. Not real impressed with the service at this time!
