I found in my GGF's papers a book "Rules for Conductors, Engine-Men, Overseers and Watchmen on the Central Railroad and Branches" dated September 1, 1870 Printed by Geo. N Nichols Savannah, Georgia. It is in very good condition, soft cover. Size approx 4.25 by 6.75 inches, 27 pages. Can any one estimate a value?
