Rainproof sign

Does anyone here have ideas on how to build a good sign holder for my farm. I want to be able to change signs but leave the holder in place. It needs to be waterproof. I need this so that I can change what is for sale out on the road. Thanks in advance.

A friend of ours had two wooden posts set into the ground with a crosspiece on top(you could paint your farm name on this one) and had a large hook under each end of the crosspiece with a wooden sign hanging from the hooks. I have seen them that also have hooks in each sign and have two or three signs hanging at a time - they were all made of wood and were all painted.

Oops...forgot to mention that on the top crosspiece, my friend painted FOR SALE.

you can make your signs then cover them with clear contact paper, but make sure all of the seams over lap so the back of the cardboard does not get wet.
