Answers

From what I gathered from the Introduction to the dissertation, these are the aims and objectives:

1) To analyse the distance learning unit and discover its strengths and weaknesses.

2) To discover whether improvements can be made to the service.

3) To discover whether the unit is bridging the gap between students and the institution.
