Need help with equipment/supplies for a new coffee shop

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Coffee Related Buy/Sell/Trade : One Thread

I am looking to open a coffee shop in East Texas. I have already started my research, but I need information on equipment and supplies. I have started my business plan and have many figures already. I just have little/no information on equipment/supplies. If you can help I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank You.

You can get great new equipment at bigtray.com for the u/c fridge, ice maker, etc.....

I purchase a Cimbali espresso machine and I love it. Bought it from a local guy who also works on it if needed. Try Visionsespresso.com for the Mazzer espresso doser/grinder. I keep an eye out on ebay for equipment as well.

We currently deal in Premium Grade Arabica Coffee from Papua New Guinea. This is from the original Jamaican Blue Coffee Trees. This is also Organic / pesticide and chemical free. We are looking at a Texan outlet such as a coffee shop. Check us out on www.mauntenkofi.com.au

Do you mind giving u a copy of your revised business plan? The reason for this is to see what your business has to offer, I can offer my supplies at a bargain price at wholesale. I sell furniture, espresso/coffee machines and refridgerated display cases.

Thanks alot, and good luck from all of us here at Epsco.
