I had the best boss in the world. She took a new job and our staff got a new boss. This new boss (GM) will not respect the perfectly running team and has to change everything to fit their needs. This is a facility that offers services and as such keeping some order is important. In 2.5 years I'm had 5 new GMs. Most did not rock the boat, but this one is. I have a pain in my gut that is getting worse by the day. Constant changes, loosing my office, what next. I feel that I'm being setup to be fired. I can't go on like this. What can I do?
