Are there any espresso machines under $200 with non-aluminum boilers?

Yes. The Saeco 'Via Veneto' MSRP's at $179.00 and has a stainless boiler. For something with more class, the closest you are going to get is with a used (not recommended, for myriads of reasons) La Pavoni Europiccola, La Cimbali 'Micro Cimbali', La Riviera (also known as a La Cara) Olympia 'Cremina' or Elektra. All of these models are lever operated, but that is the only medium that machines are available in with brass/copper boilers in your price range. New, these things can cost over $800.00.
