I have a new Digitrax Zephyr and the manual says to connet to an earth ground. There is a connection on the control marked ground. Can I run a wire from this to my house wall outlet ground??? The supply cord to the power is two prong, so it is not being grounded that way. Thanks

Yes, your wall outlet should be connected to earth via your electrical panel. The screw that holds the cover plate on is connected to this same ground.
