Ushio hashimoto sings the japanese ending and i dont know who sings the english version but it sounds really beautiful imo ^_^.I just try recording the song i found it at a place before but i forgot the name of the site,sorry.

I absolutely agree its a beautiful song, it sums up the pure, bravery and innocentness of the character goku that carry the whole 3 series. I don't watch that much anime but like Dragon Ball series since the characters are base on an old Chinese Novel "Diary of Journey to the West" where Goku is the monkey king and the name Goku is given to him by goddes Kwan Yan which mean Englightenment of Zero. Not alot of people know that and it just add a new level of appreciation and enjoyment : )

Anyway i've looking for this theme song too and decided just to rip it off the dvd and convert to mp3. I have english version. I you want it drop me an email. If you have the Japanese version please let me know. I don't check this email often but will definitely send an attached mp3 out to you once i do. its not too big.
