Pemmican is a nutritional choice for energy food for hiking, foraging, and even working sround the house. I will be posting some Pemmican recipes as well as some other energy bar recipes here. High energy bars are wonderful for homesteaders on the go! Do any of you have a special meal on the go bars that you make?
