Does anyone know where to find this manga? I've been really good things about it, yet I can't find it anywhere.

Because its licenced you will have hard time finding it, your best chance would be to find it in a website from another country. I coudent find it so I bought it

You can get it at http://multa.narod.ru/hellsing.htm but it takes a long time to upload the website and the download time is really horrible. The download rate was 400 bytes per sec for me! If you're really, really desperate, go there.
