Has anyone read The Da Vinci Code?

I finally got around to reading this much talked about book and admit it was quite a read. Although it is described as a work of fiction the controversial topics addressed are real (e.g. Priory of Sion, mathematical number PHI, Leonardo Da Vinci, Alexander Pope, Dead Sea Scrolls, etc.). This book is clearly not for Christians who are unable to withstand intellectual attacks on their faith. Fortunately for the author Dan Brown, he won't have to face death threats and persecution for publishing his "religious" views like fellow author Salman Rushdie (Iranian author who published the controversial best seller of the late 80s, The Satanic Verses). I'm starting a new book this week called The Five People You Meet In Heaven by Mitch Albom. QED
