Best is to attend a college, live on-campus, and get their 100mbit connection.

3 things. 1 is that I am 13 years old. 2 is that i wouldn't go to college just to use the internet. and 3 i heard that some colleges were letting the government look on there computer. So beside thing like T3 and T1.

any broadband connection should be fine.Cable,DSL,T1,T3.Any connection that is 768kbs or higher.
