In December 2003, I was diagnosed with ON in both hips, knees, and shoulders. It is thought that the ON is a result of steroid treatment and chemotherapy treatment I had almost 10 years ago. Is it unusual for the ON to occur so long after treatment? And should I have scans done on other joints to see if they are also involved? If so, what joints should be checked?
