hello all, i downloaded some video files off kazaa and quality is pretty bad and want to make it divx format, atleast medium quality,please some one tell me some codecs,or converters,in order to make it high quality,and please also tell me where to find video filters.

If the original video file is bad quality, you just can't make the quality better with codecs. Codecs are used for compress a video file size. It's like mp3 for music files.

www.k-litecodecpack.com is the best codec. Uninstall all you other codecs before you install www.k-litecodecpack.com

But Andy Tsao is right. If the file itself is bad, then the qualityu cant be made better. (But Try to download kazaa lite codec pack anyway. Because the codec you have may be bad.
