Kazaa. download it at kazaa.com and search for eva eps.I got all mine that way but downloading them usually takes some time, tho it might be the only way to get em. i hope this helps.

actually, go to http://dkfraggle.atspace.com/new.htm

download the anti-leech plugin, and then you can get all evangelion eps in less than 5 minutes each. XD it took me ages to find that site lol... anyway, hope that helped
