unemployment benefits

Hi, I was terminated from my job last week. No misconduct on my part was mentioned in the exit interview, The employer said he will not challenge my unemployment and there were no qualms about my competence. I actually suggested they hired a graphic designer, but they needed a personal assistant. He now responded to the unemployment office I was fired. No documents were ever provided to me from my employer on job description, perfomance standard, etc. Only an offer letter that vaguely mentions my job ("...Print Layout Specialist. In this position you will report to Natalie Jones. Your responsibilities will include layout, production, design and various other duties from time to time...). My career and resume speak loud about my skills and my last review with my previous employer of 4 and 1/2 years before lay off time). What chances do I have to get unemployment denied?
