You won't find PMK on direct download. As for FMA you could hunt around using google or other search engine, if it still doesn't come up then watch it on CN.

There are a lot of Anime sites, Downloadanime.org is very good, endless-anime.com is also a good site, they have lots of good anime, but sometimes there server sucks, and yes FMA is going to be on Cartoon Network in October, no one made that up, you can check the official announcements on Adult Swims message boards, FMA's COMING TO AMERICA!!!
