You mean the Secretary of Defense? Hmm, I'm not sure. He has been an effective person, if nothing else. I would have to take the same position as President Bush on him--condemn the prisoneer abuse, cheer his war coordination. Sometimes though, I get the impression that some Americans care more about the POW's we capture than about the American troops.

I just heard they beheaded an American prisoner, not sure if he was military though.
