Why is the mixed ecnomoy the best system in the modern world comparing with the free market economy and the command economy?

In my openion it is because of the fact that both the free market and command economy have there own merits and demerits, in order to maximize the merits its usefull to minimize the demerits, one way of obtaining which is to have a combination of both.
