Zarove,

Miracles are usually associated with apparitions or the intercession of saints. Are you also interested in these? Finding info on these things would, by default, give you info on the miracles associated with them. That should cover most of the miracles that the Church has investigated and found to be genuine.

If each canonized saint needs two (or three?) approved miracles to be attributed to their intercession for them to be canonized, and if there are hundreds of canonized saints, you could be talking about literally hundreds of approved miracles.

There is info on apparitions of Jesus and Mary and miracles associated with these, Eucharistic miracles, and miracles attributed to the intercession of various saints. Is there a specific area you are interested in?

Zarove, I find this one fascinating:

The Eucharistic Miracle of Lanciano.

You might wish to check this Catholic Answers broadcast: Tues. May 4, 2004

The show was a call-in/interview with Bob and Penny Lord who wrote the book This is My Body, This is My Blood: Miracles of the Eucharist. They talked about some of the miracles on the show.

Hi Zarove,

I remembered that you had posted this awhile ago, and I just saw on Catholic Answers that one of their apologists linked to a site of Catholic Apparitions of Jesus and Mary that are approved by the Catholic Church.

You can view the Catholic Answers thread here: A list of Church approved apparitions

God bless,

Hi. I read through other posts here - and I realize the Virgin Mary's appearance on the old Sun Bank in Clearwater is not verified...but it was an awesome sight to behold. I visited there 2 years ago and was in awe. The Shepards of Christ Ministry, who now occupy the building, have an amazing analysis of the aparition vs Our Lady of Guadalupe on their website http://www.shepherds-of- christ.org. Interesting - powerful even if not approved. An image of Jesus has appearded on the building as well.

Sadly, a teen destroyed the glass/mirror of Mary by slingshot in March of this year and the head of the image is gone.

I do realize, though this is not quite what you were looking for...

God Bless.
