I saw something that I could download that was called Inuyasha OST, but when I looked at the names of the episodes they were different. Can someone help me?? PLEASE!

An OST means "Original SoundTrack"

Yeah it's a CD with original Anime music from the series, including Openings/Endings, Image Songs, and Character Specials, etc.
