My New Church Website

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Catholic : One Thread

So my good buddy Father Greg, the pastor of my hometown Church, had me make a general website for our Church.

We are currently in the process of getting funds together for our New Church that will hopefully begin being built in 2005.

I just want you guys to check out the site here at: www.stpeterslemoore.com

Eventually I plan to add a PayPal Donation link to the page to make it easier for those willing to donate. But first my priest has to get an account and the Bishops go-ahead and signature I think.

I have a message board on there and a feedback survey if you guys have the time to say something.

If you guys have any ideas for the Church website lend 'em on over! A few of you might remember me posting my apologetics site. My priest wants me to add a link to that, but I'm waiting until I feel it's done, or at least has enough content.

Hi Jacob,

Another great site! Very impressive, and especially a good job with the homepage graphics. The background color is still a little dark, but better than the last time. Is there a way to lighten it up a bit? The other option would be to use a darker, thicker font or a larger one. You did this on the "contact" page and that seemed to work well.

A few notes:

Your "church staff" page does not work. http://www.stpeterslemoore.com/staff.html

There is an HTML error with the bold on this page - "What you can do to help" http://www.stpeterslemoore.com/dream.html

Your link to the Vatican site should be: http://www.vatican.va/

I think your Zenit link goes to the wrong site. Perhaps you meant this: http://www.zenit.org/

Suggestion: What about including a link to our Catholic forum here at Greenspun?

Also, you do have a beautiful church, based on those pictures. God bless you, and happy webmastering!
