Hi All

Just to let you know that a charge for £28,000 (see my earlier listing) was put onto the house I jointly own. It seems unlikely that they will force a sale at the moment as I have children living with me but the debt is subject to interest of about 8% I think. The stress of it all has been putting a terrible strain on my marriage and my husband has now moved out. It would seem that he is going to try and force a sale to release his money. What a bloody nightmare!

Anyway, I would just like to thank those who replied to my original listing. Perhaps if I had found this site sooner rather than burying my head in the sand the outcome would have been different. Thanks again and good luck to all with their battles. Hang on in there.
