ok heres a page thats really good but its only 81 and up http://www.anime-kraze.org/?page=releases

its really hard to find a page that has anything under 81 so for that i use a program called e-mule. saddly quality can be a big issue on e-mule but it works. http://www.emule-project.net/ there you go. hope that helped a little
