could someone give me a site to download all of the .hack sign or dusk episodes and if possible dvd ripped and again if possible dubbed and if it's not dubbed just state it in ur answer also with or without bittorrent it doesn't matter.

You may want to check http://www.boxtorrents.com, they have fansubs of .hack//Sign, .hack//Dusk and .hack//Liminality (and I seem to remember they had some dubs too).

And, if they don't have it, they'll probably have things that you are interested in anyway ;-)
