Other team Sup. in same Co. paid drive time and mileage, new Sup. does not!

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Law Of The Workplace : One Thread

The previous two supervisors I worked for in the same company paid me drive time and mileage over a certain number of minutes round-trip and a certain number of miles. Since I have switched "teams", I am only compensated a flat $22.00 a month, even though I drive well over 15 hours not including time in between accounts, and hundreds of miles. I don't know what she's using as a basis for the $22.00 compensation, but it only pays for two hours and no mileage. Are there any laws regarding commute time compensation or mileage compensation? thank you
