Thanks David. I have yahoo and previously I was at about 85% capacity. I was worried about running out of room soon. Just today I opened my email, and now I am at 5% capacity. Very nice! My only worry is that I hope they have the storage capacity for all of that. It seems to me that they are being a bit optimistic.

Well,

I don't know how they are able to get all that space, I mean hotmail only offers 6MB. Maybe they are making alot from the ads.

I thought hotmail only offered 2 MB.

Ugh!! I'm having wars with Yahoo! tonight.

Okay, so besides it being sloooooooooooow, I can no longer access Yahoo! features (briefcase/games/photos) directly from my mail screen. I know have to go back to the main Yahoo! page and click the one i want there. ARGH! this is so aggrevating. Plus, some of my buttons don't work, such as Insert Address

Luke,

Get the yahoo companion bar.

Question??

Why do you all need so much storage?

Do you save every email you get or something?

I am just curious.

I delete most emails after I read them--unless I am in a continuing debate or something--which isn't usually the case in email.

What do you all save?

I feel left out.

Faith,

I sign up for all these bible newsletter, get all these emails from greenspun, plus personal email.

I was going to be away for a while and I didn't want to lose any email because of space. But now I don't have to worry about that. Also, you can send video and music files to your friends.

I see..,

I only receive from "Answers in Genesis", "Macy's", "Dr.Dobson" and "James Kennedy".,to name a few.., but that's all on my hotmail.com account. Room never seems to be a problem., though I never go away for that long a time.

My faith01 account is primarily used for discussion board friends...

Thanks..

I was just curious because I thought maybe I was missing out on something..Lol!

I don't know Faith. I've never had a mailbox more than 20% full, and now with the upgrade, I'm at 1% I don't receive any weekly news letters or such though.

On the other hand, most ppl have multiple email accounts, which I find pointless.

Well some email accounts want your first-born---while others are anonymous and don't even ask your name when you sign up...

Both of mine are free too....
