I am trying to find the name of an anime. It starts out with this guy and his fried on a scooter trying to make a delivery. Along the way thay see this falling star and follow it to where it crashed. When they get there they see a girl. It looks like she fell down with the falling star. Then this monster comes out and starts attacking them. Some how one of the boys transforms into this other form and starts kicking the monsters but. But before he kills the monster he stops short and askes himself can I really kill this thing?

I am not shure about the details but that is the basicly happened. Another hint is that the name of this anime is almost like a sentence. Please help me I really want to find this anime.

I need help I started my download of Kono Minikukumo Utskushii Sekai but lucky me I cant connect to any one there is no one to connect to.
