Local Employment for my Dad

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Catholic : One Thread

I'm 15, and right now my family is having a hard time; my dad's between jobs, and he'll probably have to take a job in Chicago as a CFO. As my siblings and I get older it's no longer easy to pack up our things and say goodbye, especially since our whole family really loves our current location. I ask that all who read this pray that my father finds a local job, one where he'll be happy doing what he wants and where he can earn enough to keep the family going. Prayers would be greatly appreciated, and I'll pray for you all in turn. P.S. I believe St. Cajetan is the patron saint of job seekers and the unemployed. Thank you so much

Hi Matt,

I will certainly pray for your Dad and his job, along with you and your family. I pray that God will bring you to the right place and bless you wherever that may be. I praise God that a young man like you is seeking prayer. May God bless your faith. Cling to God and He will never let you down.

God bless,

Matt, I forgot to tell you. Yes, you're right that St. Cajetan is the patron saint of job seekers.

Dear Matt,

You are a 15 year old teenager who believes in the powerfulness of prayer. This Is really great and I admire the love you have for God and Family. May God be with you and your family always and I sure will pray for your requiest. If you don't mind my saying so and if you are not saying it already, I suggest that you start on saying the Holy Rosary by getting and using the Spiritual Gospel meditated Rosary book. This will help you ( make sure it has the 10 verses for the 10 Hail Mary's ) to meditate and keep your mind on the pictures that will form in your mind while saying the Rosary which in turn will help your mind from getting distracted. The meditated Rosary is very powerful. So use this blessed weapon that Our Lady has given us through God's wonderful Love and Mercy. Good Luck and God Bless, Ramanie.
