I know a couple of places, but this is the best and fastest. Go to:: http://www.endless-anime.com/layout.php? id=members/amovies.txt if that doesn't link you directly to the page, then just go to the first part of the link till .com. This has movies and episodes. A lot of their links are down right now, but the Bebop movie is up. I just downloaded and watch it yesterday. It's for real media players and this is the english dubbed version. It took me about 8 minutes to download it.

www.animecrave.com has it and u dont even have to download. u can watch it in the window or right click goto propertys copy the url and play it in the regular media player so u con go full screen and stuff.

Zhentarim Divx and Anime Legion have ripped this movie. Both have really good quality and dual audio. You can get it from an xdcc bot on their irc channels
