well anyways roms are games to download right ? i tried downloading the roms on the computer with net pumper but it didnt work ! any reason why i need some help ! is it because u need a cd or something ? i have no idea what im saying im new to this rom manga scan and anime stuff . ~1~

I tried emulators and roms, but none worked. I just gave up, bookmarked (added to favorites, just aimed for the best sentence possible with bookmarked) all the rom sites I had found, and never tried again.
