Since God is Omnipresent can He also be in Hell? I always believed that Hell is where God is not.

God is omnipresent throughout our universe of space and time. Heaven and Hell are not places, because they are not part of this universe. Heaven is the state of being totally in union with God. Hell is its opposite. Strictly speaking nothing can be "in" Heaven or Hell in the sense of being in a place. It's a matter of being "with God" or "without God". We normally talk as though Heaven and Hell are places, (as did our Savior, though He did say "My kingdom is not of this world") because it's easier to get our heads around that.
