I am looking for a good example of an OLA specifically around the IT operational area to build a template that suites our requirments, any assistance in this regards would be appreciated.

Craig I have a template I took from an ITIL Practioner Class and customized. We just used it in an agreement recently and it worked really well. I'll send it to you.
