SELLING COFFEE FROM PHILIPPINE ISLANDS

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Coffee Related Buy/Sell/Trade : One Thread

Good day! My parents are into local coffee trading in Bukidnon, Philippine Islands. We produce exelsa, robusta and arabica beans at a volume of 10 tonnes annually. I am thinking of buying locally grown coffee beans from small coffee farmers and exporting them to countries abroad. This will help our local coffee industry. I am looking for an agent who have international contacts for me to export my green coffee beans.

I`d be wary of buying filipino coffee. It isn`t consistent from batch to batch because alot of it is manual labor. Long run you`d have customers complaining about your coffee batches.
