Answers

ComicsViewer (The author is a chinese, but this version is in English. The basics function is pretty same than acdsee, but light and fast)

Extract this file in the same folder that you installed ComicsViewer and you can use PgUp and PgDn to change pages.

What 'blah' (XD) said. Manga files are usually saved as .jpg or .gif files, you can use Paint Shop Pro (download at jasc.com) to view them.

Manga files essentially are image files, so essentially you should be able to view them with a program like photoshop or paint or picture viewer if you have a mac.
