k kun- is like saying san, cept saying it to a friend, so like yo, jay-kun

san-is like a respectful way of saying sir, like u just met someone, ud say billy-san , u never say this about ur self.

chan - is for when girls use it to someone else, particularly, a loved one, like a boyfriend

sama- means like lord, or the most respectful way of saying san, like if there was a master/sensei, that didnt teach you , or u just met, it would be sama

Kun and San are both used when you address someone you're not familiar with. Except San is used if the person you're talking to is older than you, while kun is for people your age or younger than you. Chan is used on someone who is either really young, or someone who you're really familiar with, guys can use it on girls and girls can use chan on both guys and girls, but guys do not use chan when they talk to other guys(unless they're gay like ginji). Sama, as the other guy said, is a sign for respect for your teacher, king, etc.

kun - it's also almost always used just for boys when a person knows them

san - it's for someone they don't know very well, basically a Mr. or Ms. This one is very general.

chan - someone younger or someone you know well

sama - for someone in high regard

sensei - a teacher

ko - used for a lover as in girlfriend or boyfriend

hime - princess

These are all used at the end of a certain person's name.
