We have 8 chickens of different breeds. They are all about 6 months old and have just begun laying a week ago. We let them out in our yard during the day and they love it. Just today, one went back to her roost and squatted down seemingly asleep, but with only one eye open. The other eye seems to want to stay closed. I've been looking all over the internet for an answer, but you guys seem to be the most knowledgable. Thank you!
