i'm trying to make a website similar to narutochaos.com, and tvlegends.net (well not as awesome) and i wuz wondering if anybody could help me with finding a PRE-MADE layout with an ALREADY installed login and download system. I just want to make it so that a user can register and be confermed by me, And have a download limit of 1 episode every 24 hours. If anybody can help PLEASE DO!

You don't really know what you're saying..

You're talking PHP here. A PHP is basically a file just like .html, but it's a program. Hard to explain, but I'll try.

PHP allows you to do ALOT more than saving your files as .html. A PHP script is basically a program written by you that allows you to do a number of things, such as register users, make it much easier to encode layouts, ect.

I myself don't know PHP, although I am working on teaching myself.

There is no such thing as a pre-made layout with a register program already installed. You can get a register program (PHP or CGI script) OR a pre-made layout, but not both together, they're both different things.

If you're looking to do that, you need to learn CGI, PHP and Perl. Try cgi101.com.
