I've got a couple of issues with that movie. First off, it was a little one-sided. There were several points where they cut him off before he had a chance to explain himself. Whether or not he had a decent explanation is up in the air, but to cut him off in the middle of an interview like that is just intellectualy dishonest.

Second, the Republicans have spent this whole campaign putting out negativce ads. It's all been negative. There hasn't been a single add that focused on Bush's positive qualities rather than Kerry's negative ones. I don't want a President who has so few positive things about him that all he can do is attack other people. Kerry at least seems to be taking the high road and focusing more on his positive side than Bush's negative side. I can at least respect him for that, and I think that's the direction this country needs to go in. Positive, man, not negative.

Overall, though, I think the video made the right point about Kerry. I know the guy's a sleaze and a flip-flopper. But what's the alternative to the guy who voted for the war? The guy who led us into it in the first place? Come on.

I think the video also made a great case for why Howard Dean should be President (unintentionaly, I'm sure).

I can tell you one thing. I only met...Chris....Dann....Maliech...Jacqueline. Those where the only people I talked to over there that where against the war. We went by ourselves we wanted to go. Why do you join the military? Simple, you want to make a difference. Please tell me what are you going to do to give back to the world, or are you just going to be a big sack of shit? Before I even joined the military I did missionary work to Uganda, so what have you done? What will you do?

I'd bet unless you live in one of those "swing" states, you haven't even SEEN all the tv spots for either candidate. So, to say Bush ads are "all negative" is false. Just another misinformed liberal with undies in a bundle trying to put the Republicans down. Whatever.

LOL, I know. I have yet to see one negative bush add.

I've seen whatever ads they post on the internet. Haven't seen a single positive one out of the Bush campaign. I challenge you to find me one. The Republicans don't air many ads here in Virginia, but the Democrats do. All of John Kerry's ads have focused on what he will do, while Bush's ads focus on what the other guy won't do. I've noticed that Republican ads in general are more negative and more dirty. It's not a good thing.

Carter,

That video you linked above was paid for by the Republican Party and all it does is attack Kerry. It doesn't include anything about why Bush is better, all it does is smear Kerry and say, "this guy sucks, so I have to be better". Kerry is at least trying to make his own case.

My mom got a letter in the mail from the republican party, she is one of these religous people so that means she has to vote for bush, anyway it talked about democratic convention being filled with negativity and lies and now they need to raise 2.3 mill. they asked my mom for 940 dollars. that's around 2 of her paychecks. This is the second time before they needed money to make a documentary similiar to f/911. I just wanted to post this. Use the info anyway u want.
