I have oracle 9i installed on AIX 5L (RAC, load balancing mode). it is connected with 500 remote users using WAN link and leased lines. My problem is sometimes when users increased more than 250, they started complaining about connection refusal by oracle server. the error is

"dedicated server connection with oracle server could not be stablished"

what type of prob is this? and what r the sloutions?
