Yes, many people in the "know" believe that Alexander the Great, and the greek empire he achieved, are mentioned in the Bible, at Daniel 7:6... the bear mentioned in 7:5 was the Medo-Persian empire. The leopard is referred to as "four-headed", owing to the fact that four of his generals became successors in different domains of his kingdom after his untimely death.
